Becoming a great nation.

Ignoring people is a serious mistake. We are what our country becomes. We contribute to society.

Our society consists of individuals from the level of laborers, middle-class people working in institutions, doctors, engineers, lawyers, traders, industrialists to those in ruling sections.

Our education helps us get good jobs. Our hobbies and interests help us earn.

If we were not good in studies, surely good in indoor games, sports, or arts.

At home, parents should identify the likes and aid in the improvement of skills.

The quality lifestyle of every individual will help improve the overall status of our nation.

1. Improve the quality and lifestyle of the citizens by

a) improving educational and sports facilities for the younger generation,

b) innovation to generate jobs and finding new areas of opportunities,

c) investing wisely in welfare projects and aiding NGOs rather putting funds aside in Swiss Bank,

d) encouraging girls to guide and boys scout movement for young people, NCC for youth, to give great minds who will contribute in sports, defense.

2. The public is a part of Governance. People in spare times must contribute by helping the Government by:

a) aiding in cleaning up the environment,

b) mass movements for general awareness,

c) stop buying foreign goods, especially Chinese,

d) stop buying/using vehicles and using public transports and encouraging car-pooling.

e) bringing down the cost of fruits and vegetables by consuming less more frequently as we do in festivals.

f) give free services once a year.

g) find suitable ways by innovations to boost up economy like making ethanol substitute for petrol and diesel.

h) bring ourselves together by indulging ourselves in local sports, theaters rather than wasting time in front of our TV sets.

i) If the people understand that they should wisely invest after inquiring thoroughly and prohibit the Government to introduce improvements and development schemes without their consent, this can reduce scams and cheating as such.

We all have to remember that if we are successful today, we can prevent humanity from extinction.

The coming generation will follow suit and acknowledge what we did today.

INDIANNESS

We often talk of unity in diversity in the Indian context; all of us know about the diversities, but what is that unifying force that we call Indianness or Bhartiyata? What is it that distinguishes us from the rest of the world? What is it that has enabled us to withstand the ravages of time, foreign conquests and alien rule?

Yunan-o-Misr-o-Roma, sab mit gaye jahan seAb tak magar hai baqi naam-o-nishan hamara.

The Muslims came initially to loot the riches of India, but later made it their home; the British called it the ‘jewel in the crown’ of the British Empire. A large number of religions and their practitioners peacefully co-exist and flourish in our nation.

This is because the Indian spirit is basically one of tolerance, inclusiveness, and peace; it goes much beyond the superficial political rhetoric of various Political Parties. It is a world view, a way of looking at life, in which the Divine can be realized not collectively but by the individual. It is an attitude, a mindset, a view of life that is derived from the ancient Indian texts/scriptures like the Vedas and the Bhagavad-Gita. It is an integral part of us, irrespective of the religion we may profess to follow; it is in our blood, the Indian soil, the air we breathe. We may accept it or deny it, but even if we deny it, we cannot wish it away as it is imperishable. Indianness is our ancient philosophy/spiritualism. Wrote this on the occasion of Republic Day, 2014, let us salute our nation, the largest democracy in the world; a nation that has always given, and shall continue to give, the message of tolerance, peace, and enlightenment to the world. Jai Hind.

Wrote again on 26th of Jan, 2019:

It's scary, but the truth! What I know is there are rarely powerful among people who vow to protect the right of poor, in spite of protecting them, and rarely are the weak, who are not exploited. Majority of Muslims don't follow Islam, and likewise, the major population of Hindus have forgotten their Aryan and Vedic culture. This leads to such chaos. Our society is merely a remnant of the culture of our glorious past. Renaissance is what is needed, again and again in History. Did you know, who was the designer of our national flag? Did you know who was the man behind the compilation of our constitution of India? Did you know who was the first among the revolutionaries of British India to give away his life? Did you know, who was the first woman to be martyred, after she killed more than 30 British soldiers, that too cowardly when they could not do anything at all to capture a small piece of land at Lucknow?

People become the government

I have a few points to discuss here:

1. All the Parties in the parliament should dissolve before the elections. Why? Today people go and vote for parties instead of voting the person standing there as a candidate. This way people will know the background of the candidate before going to vote him or her. This also promotes the awareness that seeing the popularity of the party, a candidate with a criminal background joins it.

2. When someone in the party has the authority to give tickets for the membership of a party, he or she has to beware about the social background of the person about to get the ticket.

3. There should be only two parties: ruling and opposition, where the most popular candidate should get the position in the ruling party, and as the rank falls, the chances of him or her to be taken in opposition.

4. When a person performs well, as a promotion (from opposition to the ruling party), should be swapped with the person from the ruling party, not performing that well.

5. When a member of parliament, whether in the ruling party or opposition, is not performing well, instead of people go and blame him or her directly, must only direct the attention of the speaker or president, about the work, where it will be the task of the speaker or president to blame the person responsible. This may save precious time of the parliament.

6. I might have written this earlier, but, when a fund is allocated for a social welfare and development cause, for any of city, state or national level, people who should get affected should know of this. This allocation should not get approved unless general mass approves it. Scams and money laundering should reduce if this is cautiously done.

Following are the articles for your health and mind. No country tends to become great if people are not thinkers and visionaries. We should cure our minds and check our health frequently to move ahead.

More things to add:

The religion when were originated, they were as a result of past experiences of the noted people in the society. They were pure then, but when the reigns passed through their high commands, the purity of the religions was lost.
So I feel it is the person who many people trust as the top notch of the society, getting carried away in the things that make the entire clan and therefore the history of the nation suffers.

Islam was a huge success and still is. It is based on how an ideal lifestyle of a common man to the ranking of those of the elites of the society) should be. But then people tried to mess with its purity. They brought the concept of "Shia", "Sunni", "Mashrif", "Maghrib", just when people were brought under one umbrella of universal brotherhood with the notion that a portion of God exists in everything, living, dead or non-living. This made people fight over unnecessary things, and do you realize that many nations around the world as in Africa and Indonesia; Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan should be in the league of one United Nations of Islam or so?

Hinduism was in a state of purity when every individual was given a sect depending upon attributes he or she shows up after the age of 25, that is "Bhramcharya". And the sects you know as "Brahmana": people in service of welfare using the knowledge they have; "Kshatriya": people who protect; "Vaishya": traders and occupations related to commerce and economy; "Shudhras": people with laborious and industrial skills to serve other sects. But these were barred to do anything else after given their sects. In ages, these divisions were made hereditary and the division was not beneficial, as the people fought on it due to the limitations of rights. Things that were for order now brought chaos.

Christianity: Though it helped almost the whole of the world together, there were elements of racism, fascism as well. It split the religion into Catholics, protestants. Now the whole process initially was to bring people together, under the umbrella of universal brotherhood, as the religion spread through nations, become the element of hatred.

So even when the Britishers were able to unite much of the Earth, the mutual differences, ego, thinking and ideologies split them into United States, United Kingdom, South Africa, Australia and so on, when they could have been one instead of fighting. Civil Wars (America) and Ashes (Cricket) could not have taken place.

So I believe, it is not the religion, but the people. And the majority of the people follow one spearhead of the community, and so everything would be good if this person does things absolutely right, favoring the community.

It is up to the common man to understand, be patriotic and fight for righteousness if it is necessary. There should be no mob-rule. Moral Science education begins at home, so this is imparted on a wide scale.

People, Religion and Education.

People should respect religion everyone follows. Religion benefits by improving life style.

I believe that villages should be made more desirable than our towns and metro cities. If Libraries, moral science education, scouts, guides, work camps, hadlooms, other handicrafts, animal husbandries, agriculture, horticulture, pisciculture, wineries are rich there, there will be no poor or unemployed people there.

Hinduism is ecosystem. It imbibes what good other religions have to give to people.

Christianity and Sikhism were to promote universal brother-hood and non-violence, and seeking self respect.

Islam introduced law and order, and principles of ideal life-style so that every individual stays healthy, physically and mentally.

Fasting promotes harmony by improving economics of the society.

Reading religious books and doing body exercise side by side (as in reading Namaaz while sitting in proper posture and doing neck exercise for example) are good for body and mind.

-----------------

Education begins at home. If a boy or a girl regularly attends the school and has all the books in the language as same as his or her mother tongue, observe that his or her fluency and understanding is profoundly increasing till he or she becomes a teenager.

There should be only one or two books in English or Sanskrit. The quantity may increase after High School.

There may be translation books side by side each text book or translation pages within the same book.

Thing is, how will a child grow, if we make him or her confused and over burdened by a kind of education system we have now, that too we have to purchase by making huge donations.

As said before, boy scouting and girl guide introduction to the education system, will certainly increase the understanding of the kids about their surroundings, and everything.
